Dr. Cheuk Ho Chan, PT, DPT, Director of Rehabilitation/Physical Therapist

Cheuk earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University in 2005 and devoted his clinical practice as a Recreational Therapist and a Specialist in Brain Injury to MossRehab for six years. In addition, he was a board-certified bodywork and therapeutic massage therapist to rehabilitate the bodies’ musculature and mind from the hustle and bustle of life by the healing of touch in 2008. During the down-to-earth practice in the in-patient and out-patient rehab departments at Moss, Cheuk completed his clinical Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 2013. Since then, he has been practicing predominantly in Taylor Hospital within Crozer Health System in the acute care, intensive/cardiac care, and comprehensive in-patient rehabilitation units to provide physical therapy rehabilitation services for adults who experienced post-surgical, orthopedics, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. He is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Cheuk is interested in integrative intervention for individuals with neurological and orthopedic impairments. He also believes an active lifestyle leads to wellness.
