Amy Ngo ran her family business for nearly 20 years prior to joining Silvercare Adult Day Dare. Initially Ms. Ngo began working at Silvercare Adult Day Care in 2018 as a service coordinator and transitioned to her current position as director in 2019.
Ms. Ngo’s experience and knowledge gives her the confidence to care for older aged adults – ultimately helping them to enjoy and lead a better life. And as director, she has grown the program exponentially. Her success is built on the fact that she loves the relationship she has with each client, family and staff member.
Ms. Ngo is committed to making Slivercare Adult Day Care a wonderful place for clients and employees. In her role, she strives to meet the needs of all her clients and staff daily. Her focus is to educate staff to not only provide physical support, but also mental and spiritual support for each client. She believes that regular communication with older age adults will have a positive impact on their quality of life.
Amy says: “It is my privilege to serve our clients every day. Our clients are like family to me. Our clients’ smiles make me happy every day.” Amy has been married 26 years and, with her husband, has two sons. Her personal hobbies are singing, dancing and traveling.
